Flats: 1 to 6 bedroom shared flats and 1-bed self contained flats
Houses: 2 to 3 bedroom houses
Availability: Opportunities are available all year round, but the self-contained properties are always in high demand. We do have a waiting list, but high turnover allows us to offer accommodation at regular intervals.

Accommodation is just minutes walk from the main entrance to the hospital, next to the A406 North Circular Road in Edmonton. The nearest railway station is Silver Street BR, 10 minutes walk away. The nearest tube station is Wood Green, 1.8 miles from watermill Lane, but the route to the site is well-served by buses including the 34, 102, 144, 138, 444 and 491. Travel into Liverpool Street takes approximately 15 minutes. We are ideally situated for the A10 and travel north of London.
In the immediate area there are good shopping facilities in Edmonton Green, Tottenham and Wood Green. There are also a number of bars, pubs, restaurants and cinemas in Wood Green

Do I have to stay here for a certain period of time?
There is no fixed amount of time that you have to stay. However you will be required to provide notice before vacating your accommodation.
How much notice do I have to give before vacating?
One month's notice.
Will I receive my deposit back?
When you sign up to a tenancy agreement with us you will be required to pay a deposit equal to a months rent. However, this will be returned to you within four weeks of you returning the keys to us, providing no damage has been caused to the property and you have no outstanding rent arrears.
Can I have friends/family come to stay for a couple of days?
Due to possible overcrowding and the need to comply with fire regulations, tenants are not permitted to have overnight guests in shared accommodation.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we will issue you with a parking permit when you sign your tenancy agreement.
Does the rent include council tax/electricity/gas etc?
If you are in a room with shared facilities your rent will include all these bills.
If you are in one of our two bedroom houses you are responsible for paying for your gas directly to the supplier, whilst the electricity and water charges are included in your rent.
If you are in one of our three bedroom houses you are responsible for paying for your electricity directly to the supplier, whilst your gas and water are included in the rent.
All residents living in the houses (rather than rooms with shared facilities) are responsible for paying their Council Tax directly to the Council.
