The residence is conveniently located next to the Lister hospital site, near Stevenage Old Town. It benefits from good access to local amenities and excellent road and public transport connections to Stevenage, the A1M and surrounding area.

Each bed sitting room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, plus all rooms are equipped with a hand wash basin, mirror and strip light.

The communal areas within the property comprise a shared kitchen with electric cooker and fridge freezer, bathroom with shower, toilet and depending upon the grade of accommodation, also a shared lounge.

We have a limited number of self-contained houses, flats and bungalows.

Yes, the site benefits from free permit-controlled parking for all residents in a large central car park, as well as two smaller, barrier controlled car parks.

In the shared flats and houses, the communal areas are cleaned on a weekly basis by housekeeping staff.

There are maintenance personnel who provide 24-hour site cover throughout the year and they are able to resolve 95% of maintenance problems on the same day.
