A stones throw from North Middlesex University Trust Hospital, you will have easy access to the M25 and the North Circular for great travel accessibility, with trains straight in to central London via Silver Street BR. The nearest tube station is Wood Green (1.7 miles) and the route to the site is well-served by buses including the 34, 102, 144, 138, 217, 231, 444 and 491.
Local facilities provide good shopping opportunities (Edmonton Green, IKEA and Wood Green), a sport and leisure complex, health clubs, multiplex cinemas, a number of pubs, restaurants, clubs and a theatre. Travel into Liverpool Street from Silver Street station takes approximately 15 minutes.

Below are the most frequently asked questions about our North Middlesex hospital Key Worker accommodation:
Do I have to stay here for a certain period of time?
The properties are let on a 'Periodic Assured Shorthold Tenancy' and this means that there is no minimum or maximum length of stay. However you will be required to provide notice before vacating your accommodation.
How much notice do I have to give before vacating?
Your tenancy agreement says that you must give us at least 1 calendar months notice of your intention to vacate your home. To start the termination notice, you need to get a Notice To Quit form from our office (1A Watermill Lane), which needs to be completed and returned to our office.
Will I receive my deposit back?
When you sign up to a tenancy agreement with us you will be required to pay a deposit equal to a months rent. However, this will be returned to you within four weeks of you returning the keys to us, providing no damage has been caused to the property and you have no outstanding rent arrears.
Can I have friends/family come to stay for a couple of days?
Due to possible overcrowding and the need to comply with fire regulations, tenants are not permitted to have overnight guests in shared accommodation.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we will issue you with a parking permit when you sign your tenancy agreement.
Does the rent include council tax/electricity/gas etc?
If you are in a room with shared facilities your rent will include your utility bills.
If you are in one of our two bedroom houses you are responsible for paying for your gas directly to the supplier, whilst the electricity and water charges are included in your rent.
If you are in one of our three bedroom houses you are responsible for paying for your electricity directly to the supplier, whilst your gas and water are included in the rent.
All residents living in the houses (rather than rooms with shared facilities) are responsible for paying their Council Tax directly to the Council.
