Paying your rent and/or service charge
Under new leases that we are now granting we make it a requirement that leaseholder payments are made by direct debit. For other leaseholders payments can also be made by standing and we will shortly be able to arrange payment by debit or credit card. We are also working on a process to enable you to look at your own individual account.
If you do wish to change to direct debit please contact us on 020 7209 9311 to be sent a direct debit form.
We will soon be trialling on this website, rent statements and other more personal features.
Allpay.net - internet payment
If you have an Allpay.net card and you can pay your rent or service charge via the internet. You will also need your credit or debit card. Click on the link below to take you onto the Allpay website and follow the instructions.
