Services we provide:

  • Providing attractive modern homes for ownership Giving opportunities for part-rent/part-buy through HomeBuy. Providing home ownership without grants. Developing new products, e.g. for purchasers with disabilities, or in financial difficulty
  • Over 30 years experience developing and providing homes for key workers. One of the largest provides of key worker homes in Hertfordshire. Managing over 600 homes with NHS stakeholders
  • Over 20 years experience providing ethical managing agent services in mixed tenure developments
  • Owning and managing a market rent portfolio in north London and beyond

Origin Group and Griffin Homes

Griffin Homes is now part of the Origin Housing Group. We are a stronger and more rounded home provider as part of the group, because Origin gives us the strategic direction and support with a vigorous homes development programme, finance, information and computer systems and human resources services.

A sister organisation in Origin Group is SPH Housing, which has over 80 years experience providing affordable rented homes and support services for nearly 4,000 tenants. It also helps over 1,500 tenants and service users with support needs achieve greater independence.

To deliver these services we work to:

  • Avoid keeping customers waiting in our receptions for more than five minutes to talk to staff
  • Open our Contact Centre 8am to 6pm
  • Visit customers at home
  • Let customers know when we are delayed
  • Answer letters within 10 working days
  • Answer emails within two working days
  • Answer telephones within 20 seconds
  • Answer voice-mails within one working day
  • Advertise availability with voice-mail and out-of-office tools
