Griffin Homes manages the commercial portfolio of Origin Properties through managing agents.
In 2006 Griffin Homes combined its commercial arm with the commercial business of sister company SPH Housing to create Origin Properties. This one business focuses our commercial development activities more effectively and gives us an opportunity to develop opportunities in areas where our members have very strong presences. SPH Housing for example has been a respected force of regeneration in the Camden area since the 1920s.

Origin Properties will build our commercial portfolio and undertake housing for sale. It will help us deliver value for money in new developments and provide funding for our community development activities that underpin our objective of strengthening communities.
