Griffin Homes is now trading as Origin Housing, but the website won't be changed until March 2010. Sorry for any confusion. The changes will:
- reduce confusion in neighbourhoods where SPH and Griffin customers live side-by-side;
- recognise that the overall organisation Origin has diverse origins in St Pancras, Speedwell, Stevenage, Humanism etc;
- allow us to make the best use of our resources;
- enable Origin to concentrate on providing high quality services;
- allow us to work closer with local partners.
This change will NOT affect rent, service charges, tenancies or service access.
